Upgrade SAP Payroll from ECC to S/4 HANA
Objective:
Upgrade our client’s SAP payroll from ECC to S/4 Hana with integration of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Context:
The original system was implemented 20 years ago, and it used the SAP benefit module to handle union benefit calculations. Due to the complexity of construction union benefit calculations, more than 1,000 union benefit plans were created. Creating and maintaining these benefit plans and employee master data was extremely cumbersome for our client and posed a considerable drain on resources.
Solution:
ReachNett introduced our IP union payroll solution which only requires setting up the union benefits based on union code and classification. This approach greatly reduced complexity for our client. Previously, setting up a new union took weeks. With the new system, this process only requires 1-2 days.
